Mina Mahsati

Born with a natural affinity to music and
rhythm, Mina Mahsati has been a
performing musician since the age of five.
Having always been fascinated by the
possibilities of dance for new forms of
musical expression, and having dabbled in
various forms of dance throughout her life,
she signed up for a Middle Eastern Dance
course on a whim in February of 2008 and
was instantly hooked. Mina has studied
with Carmen "Ishtari" Nolte and Despina
Bast, and has participated in various
locally held workshops. She joined Gypsy
Fusion in the summer of 2009.
